Is the accountant login free?

Yes. Read-only access for your accountant — including the original statement PDFs — stays free on both plans.

Do I have to connect a bank?

No. Connecting a card is optional. Uploading statements is free without limit, and every PDF is reconciled against the total the issuer printed.

Do I have to switch cards or leave QuickBooks?

No. Annalis is not another general ledger. Nothing about your bank or your CPA has to change.

What if Annalis finds nothing?

The books stay free. Subscribing is only for seeing findings in full.
