Anything about the product or your account
Setup help, a statement that would not parse, a finding that looks wrong, billing, or telling us the product missed something it should have caught. We aim to reply within one business day.

Vulnerability reports are read first and acknowledged within three business days. What to include, and what we ask of you while testing, is on the security page.
Privacy and data deletion
To see what we hold, correct it, or delete an account and everything in it, write from the email address on the account. Deletion is completed and confirmed within 30 days. The detail is in the privacy policy.
